Hertfordshire’s longest running part-time stage school.

CENTRE MANAGER: ANDY MUSGROVE
As well as being Vice Principal, Andy is also Centre Manager for St Albans. He has been training adults IT for the past 8 years. Andy also has over 8 years experience in HR and has been our Financial and HR Director since April 2008 and is now Vice Principal. He is very passionate about what the children learn in class and is thrilled to be part of Top Hat.

 

TEACHERS:

DRAMA TEACHER: JADE WILSON
Jade started her career training as a classical singer after two years in London and gaining some great experiences with Glyndebourne youth and with the GSA Conservatoire. Jade has worked on various shows in and around London as well as on the queen Mary 2 and with Charles Court Opera. Jade has extensive experience in teaching, and trained in Lamda. She believes Music & drama are the key to the development of children and maximizing children’s potential is one of Jade's great ambitions. Jade also runs “Top Hat’s” new LAMDA drama classes.

DANCE TEACHER: DANNI MOORCROFT
Danni trained at Stella Mann College and for the last 3 years she has been touring worldwide with girl band 'UNLEASHED'. Danni was lead Singer/Dancer for Norwegian Cruise's and has performed in many Production/Gala shows, Music Videos, Fashion shows, Radio and TV work. Work includes 'A night with Patrick McGuiness' - TOUR, 'Do you think your safe' - Sky one/ Ginger TV, 'Some Girls' Video - Rachel Stevens and currently touring with West End company ' Back to Broadway'.

SINGING TEACHER: MARK STOBBART
Mark trained at Mountview and is probably best known as TV’s PC Clark from the BBC Police drama "55 Degrees North”; as well as other notable acting work including: Little Britain, Auf Wiedersehen Pet, George Gently and numerous Stage work, including the RSC and has just finished filming new BBC1 drama: “The Silence” which should hit our screens in the summer.  Mark’s teaching experience includes: Hertfordshire Theatre School, Central School of Speech & Drama, Urdang and has been working for Top Hat for over 4 years.

TINY TOPPERS TEACHER: HOLLY PEARY
Hollie trained at North London Dance Studios in Musical Theatre, graduating in July 2009. She is a professional cheerleader for Saracens Sensations and coaches cheerleading in schools around Hertfordshire. She has danced in various music videos and appeared in a Tmobile advert. She has also recently performed at Wembely stadium appearing on Sky sports.

TINY TOPPERS ASSISTANT TEACHER: Lisa Coleman
Lisa is now currently training towards Dance BTEC National Diploma at Sheredes School in Hertfordshire. Her performing credits include: Don't Stop Dancing, Joseph, Dame Alice Owen Orchestral Ballet Performance, Let's Dance and mayor's Christmas concert at the Broxbourne Civic Hall. Lisa also works with fellow Top Hat Teacher Gail Conway at Danceways on Saturday mornings and is more than thrilled to be part of the Top Hat family.
