A message from Warren Bacci

Our London Palladium show on Sunday the 18^th of July went amazing! All the hard work over the last 6 months truly paid off. With our stage 3s and 4s from all our Weekend stage schools, our street dance crews and Youth Theatre Billy Elliot casts all coming together to perform a massive musical variety show; all to raise money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer Charity. I wanted to thank all the parents and chaperones that helped backstage at the show. Looking after 300 children is quite a lot of work! But I also want to thank the students themselves. They really stepped up the mark on the night and I was truly proud of each and every one of them. The celebrities that attended the event also put a nice feeling on the night. With Ray Quinn, Zoe Tyler, Tom Law, Himesh Patel and Lucy Evans all attending. Our Youth Theatre Production of “Billy Elliot” at the Wyllyotts Theatre was a huge success as both casts performed to 2 sell out performances. We are looking at a new Youth theatre Production next year. The Awards and end of term summer shows also went very well, so well done to all the winners and to all the students that took part.

We will now be working towards our Christmas Concert which will be at the Ark Theatre in Borehamwood from the 14^th – 18^th of December 2010. Each Top Hat school will have their own show at the theatre showcasing a collection of Christmas songs along with some popular Christmas plays. Please see term dates page for more details.
