TOP HAT was established in 1994 and has since grown and developed into Hertfordshire’s leading and most successful independent stage and screen school. TOP HAT has been and continues to be the first rung of the ladder for hundreds of aspiring young actors and actresses, many having successfully pursued television or the stage as their full time career. In fact Rupert Grint (Ron from Harry Potter) used to attend Top Hat at our Hertford school.

2008 saw new beginnings for TOP HAT with Warren Bacci taking over the business, bringing new energy and enthusiasm to move TOP HAT forward through its second decade. Warren had been working for Top Hat as resident Drama and also Singing Teacher for 2 years before being promoted to Artistic Director for a further 3 years, producing all of Top Hat's large scale Theatre shows. Now in his 5th year working at Top Hat, Warren Bacci shows no signs of stopping and has many new and exciting things planned.

As well as being a trained actor, Warren has been seen in countless TV, Films and theatrical productions; including: The Bill, Eastenders, Waking the Dead, Silent Witness as well as films such as: "Mrs Henderson Presents" with Judi Dench and also "28 Weeks Later".

As a Teacher, Warren also boasts over 10 years of teaching experience and working with children. He has directed and written countless shows and plays in both here in the UK and Italy. Warren also released a pop album called: Calm Before the Storm, which is avaialable on iTunes now.

Warren's wealth of performing arts experience and teaching experience really helps to bring out the best in each and every Top Hat student.
